Refinishing furniture Sanding 101-Monday, April 20

Do you have a piece of furniture that is screaming to be updated, repainted or repurposed? Here is your chance to finally get it done. During this workshop we will show you step by step how to take a painted or stained wooden piece of furniture back to the beginning so you can turn it into what you want. We will start by removing the paint or stain using a safe paint remover and sanding using a palm sander and dremel. Once the furniture is bare we discuss options- is the wood better then you thought perhaps you just oil and wax it or does it need cosmetic help in which case wood filler and paint. Once you learn the steps you can bring your piece into the studio and use our tools to transform it.
