Have you ever heard of a Buckeye? (not the nut the candy) Growing up mostly in Ohio the buckeye candy was one of my favorites. I loved helping my mom dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate. These candies have become a tradition in my home for every celebration and holiday. The recipe and process are simple. I always make extra chocolate to dip strawberries in- making a perfect shiny crunchy coating to this sweet treat. Come learn the technique and go home with a plate of goodies! Class is limited to 15 participants.
