Breathe + Reset: An Evening of Breath Work and Meditation- Wed, May 20
Most of us live in a low-grade state of stress. We move fast, think constantly, and rarely pause long enough to actually feel what’s happening in our bodies. Breathwork and Meditation are simple, powerful ways to reset your nervous system. It brings you out of your head and back into your body. Join us as Colleen Inzerillo, a highly experienced Somatic Breathwork Coach leads us through this practice.
Class Flow
• 15 min Intro + Nervous System Education
We’ll explore how breath impacts the body and what to expect during the session.
• 25–30 min Guided Conscious Connected Breathing
A gentle, accessible pattern with optional breath holds and live guidance throughout.
• 15-20min Guided Meditation + Integration
We’ll transition into a calming guided meditation to anchor the experience, followed by quiet rest and optional sharing.
*please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and/or blanket, avoid a heavy meal prior to the workshop and sign attached waiver
