Beginner Friendly Watercolor-Wed May 6

This beginner-friendly watercolor workshop is a gentle introduction to painting, with a focus on simple florals and botanicals. We’ll start with a few basics—how to use the brush, mix color, and work with the way watercolor naturally moves—then spend time painting together.

We’ll pay attention to how the paint behaves on the page, learning to work with it rather than against it. I’ll be there to guide you, but this is a relaxed, low-pressure space to experiment and get comfortable with the medium.

You’ll leave with a few small botanical studies and a better sense of how to keep going on your own. All materials are provided—just bring your curiosity.

Space is limited to 10 members.

Chunky Yarn Hand Embroidery- Monday May 11
$0.00

Have you seen those great sweaters with chunky yarn words on them? They might have the name of a state ( I have OHIO), a college name or even just a fun word like “JOY”- I am currently making one that says SALTY! If you would like to learn how to make a sweater for yourself- or someone else please join us for this VERY easy workshop. Please bring the sweater you would like to embroider and let us know what yarn color you’d like to use so we can make sure we have it ready to go.
