FLOC Membership & Workshop Waiver

FLOC is a creative studio and community space designed to support hands-on learning, artistic exploration, and connection. While we take care to create a safe and welcoming environment, participation in workshops and studio activities may carry low risk of injury.

Please read the following waiver carefully before signing.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in FLOC workshops, events, and studio activities may involve physical movement, use of tools or materials, and other activities that carry a low risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these potential risks.

I agree to assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to me or my personal property while participating in any FLOC activity, whether on or off the premises.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge FLOC, its owners, staff, volunteers, instructors, and representatives, as well as the church/property owner and its officers, employees, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in FLOC activities, including but not limited to claims based on negligence and any of my personal supplies that I store at the studio.

I understand that this waiver applies to all FLOC workshops, events, and studio use during the term of my membership.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in these activities and agree to follow all posted rules, instructions, and safety guidelines.

Membership access is not active until the waiver form has been completed.
